I am an enthusiastic and results-driven engineering professional, with over 10 years of robust experience in Consultancy, Research & Development and Automotive Industries; focusing on driving Zero Defect Plan.

I have demonstrated leadership skills across academia, industries and research institutions. I had overseen over 50 research designs and methodologies, in academia and industry with over 85 published articles. The visibility of my research garnered more than 300 citations with h-index 12 in Scopus and over 560 citations, h-index 15, and i10-index 19 in Google Scholar. I have supervised and mentored several undergraduate level students and over12 postgraduate students both at Masters and PhD levels in my field of research.

I have been an editor for different journals and conference proceedings, some of which are the Key Engineering Materials and Materials Science Forum published by Scientific.net. I have also served as an external examiner for several Postgraduate candidates internationally. I have been a part of the Organizing and Technical Committee for several International Conferences.

I have consulted and trained staff of different manufacturing companies on continuous improvement methodologies for quality control, with a 100% satisfaction rate.
